Manchester United are reportedly preparing a 'take it or leave it' transfer offer for PSV Eindhoven's Cody Gakpo.
According to Football Insider, United are preparing a final £25million bid for the Dutch winger. Erik ten Hag is believed to have given the green light for the deal that will not have an impact on the club's attempts to sign Antony from Ajax this summer.
The report states that Gakpo and Ten Hag are represented by the same agency (SEG) – this could help broker negotiations between the two sides as the end of the transfer window draws nearer. The 23-year-old has been on United's radar for months after impressing in the Eredivisie last season, and the club are now looking to force PSV's hand with one final attempt at landing the player.

Elsewhere, L'Equipe report (via the Mail Online), that United have reportedly had a bid for Bayern Munich defender Benjamin Pavard rejected.
It is thought that the 26-year-old was being eyed up to provide competition for both Diogo Dalot and Aaron Wan-Bissaka as Ten Hag looks to strengthen his full-back options. In his previous set-up at Ajax, the Dutchman's full-backs were a crucial part of his tactical approach to matches as he looks to instill the same philosophy at Old Trafford this season.
Pavard has been linked with a move away from Bayern this summer and it was thought that an offer of around £30million would be enough to tempt the defender away from the club. However, it is now believed that Bayern have changed their mind on the availability of their player – meaning that United will have to pursue alternative options should they want to strengthen their full-back options before the September 1 deadline.
