United stars return to training
Manchester United have been welcoming their international stars back to Carrington in stages throughout the week and were joined by three more on Wednesday in the shape of Antony, Christian Eriksen and Diogo Dalot.
Most of United's travelling players enjoyed fruitful international breaks. Eriksen was the standout as he scored a beautiful goal in the defeat to Croatia and was then instrumental in a shock win over France. Dalot was also amongst the goals as he grabbed a rare brace in Portgual's 4-0 win over the Czech Republic. Antony, meanwhile, made two substitute appearances for Brazil.

The trio returned to training on Wednesday, joining Raphael Varane, Tyrell Malacia and Scott McTominay — who had arrived back at Carrington on Tuesday — as well as the likes of Jadon Sancho and David de Gea, who weren't on international duty, along with a host of promising youngsters.
Fernandes responds to Eriksen doubts
United's Bruno Fernandes has admitted that playing with Christian Eriksen makes his game easier.
United signed Eriksen on a free transfer this summer after the midfielder impressed on a six-month loan with Brentford. Eriksen has made an excellent impression across his first few months in Manchester and he is now a key player for Erik ten Hag.
Ten Hag has started Eriksen in all eight of United's fixtures in the Premier League and Europa League this season, which reflects his importance to the side, and he's excelled playing alongside Scott McTominay and Fernandes in a three-man midfield.
