Alejandro Garnacho says he is 'proud to wear the shirt' of Argentina after switching allegiance from Spain earlier in the year.
The 17-year-old grabbed another goal and an assist for Argentina's U20 side on Friday as they defeated Japan U20s 3-2 in the Toulon Tournament to finish fifth overall.
It marked the Manchester United youngster's fourth goal in four games for the side after he had netted a brace in a heavy 6-2 loss against finalists France last weekend.

Garnacho was born in Spain and has represented his homeland at youth level. However, he is eligible to play for the South American giants through his mother and was one of a number of talented teenagers called up to Lionel Scaloni's side back in March.
Ever since that shock call-up, Garnacho appears to have embraced his Argentinian roots, and he even posed with the national flag after guiding United to Youth Cup glory last month.
Taking to social media after the win over Japan, the young winger posted a montage of his goals from the Toulon Tournament along with the caption 'proud to wear this shirt. 4 games, 4 goals'.
United are confident of reaching an agreement with Garnacho as talks continue over a new contract following his impressive breakthrough season.
The Manchester Evening News understands talks are progressing well over a new contract, with United keen to reward their latest academy star for his development over the past year.
Garnacho only signed his first professional contract when he turned 17 last July by penning a deal until 2025, despite recent reports wrongly suggesting he was out of contract next year.
United sources admit that they are not surprised at all by the significant level of interest being shown in the teenager, given how well he has done in recent months, with Juventus the latest club to be linked with him.
