Facundo Pellistri's agent has confirmed Erik ten Hag will decide the player's future at Manchester United this summer.
Pellistri, 20, signed for United in October 2020 for £9m but he's yet to make a first-team appearance at the club. Pellistri spent his first few months in Manchester playing for United's U23s before signing for Deportivo Alaves on a six-month loan.
The winger played for United in pre-season last summer before being loaned to Deportivo Alaves again for the full season, but Pellistri's second stint in Spain wasn't a success. Pellistri played just 750 minutes last term and United considered ending his loan prematurely with it clear he wasn't getting minutes. Pellistri has continued to play for Uruguay despite struggling at club level.

After his second loan with Deportivo Alaves, Pellistri has returned to United and his agent has now discussed his future. Agustin Alvarez represents Pellistri and he confirmed that the player has offers to go out on loan again next season.
However, before those offers for Pellistri are considered, Ten Hag will assess the player in pre-season this summer.
“He has a contract until 2026. He will make the pre-season retreat with Man United and will take part in the tour in Asia," Alvarez told Grand Hotel Calciomercato. “He [Ten Hag] will decide, if he will stay or if he will be loaned out.
"In the latter case we have several possibilities between England, Italy and Portugal thanks also to the performance we had with the Uruguayan national team, where the coach [Diego] Alonso who gave him the confidence that Alaves lacked.”
United begin their pre-season on June 27.
