Alejandro Garnacho could be a doubt for Manchester United's trip to Newcastle United in April after being ruled out with an ankle ligament injury for several weeks.
The 18-year-old was introduced in the 73rd minute and spent a number of minutes receiving treatment following a challenge by Kyle Walker-Peters.
Garnacho was later replaced by Fred before leaving Old Trafford on crutches. He will miss the Red Devils' Europa League Round of 16 second leg at Real Betis on Thursday, and Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final against Fulham.

The winger has also been forced to withdraw from international duty, after receiving only his second call-up by reigning world champions Argentina.
It remains to be seen whether Garnacho will return for Man United's trip to Tyneside to face Newcastle on April 2, but Erik Ten Hag will be without Casemiro, who will serve a four-match ban following his red card against Southampton.
"It is difficult to put into words how I'm feeling right now," said Garnacho.
"Unfortunately I will not be able to help my team and team-mates in the upcoming games in what is a very important part of the season for us at Manchester United."
Garnacho added on Instagram: "I am disappointed to also miss the opportunity to be with my team mates of the Argentinian national team in what would have been a great and proud moment for me and my family.
"This is part of football and our profession, however, I am already focused in my recovery."
