Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek has provided an encouraging update as he continues to recover from a long-term knee injury.
Van de Beek suffered the injury in United's 3-0 win over Bournemouth at the start of January after buckling under a challenge from Marcos Senesi, with Erik ten Hag confirming the following week that he would be out for the remainder of the season.
Updates on the Dutchman's progress have been limited, but in a recent video with Premier League Productions the 26-year-old documented a day in his recovery, including some gym work and drills with the ball.

“Everything is going up now, I feel much better and I am on a good road now,” he said in a video released on United's club website. “I have to eat a lot of protein as well to recover - I have to eat well for my knee.
"Football is a big part of your life and you enjoy it every day with your teammates. And if you have to miss that, I try to see it now in a positive way. I am just getting closer every day to being on the pitch again and I can't wait to be back.”
Van de Beek can be seen in the video working with club physiotherapist John Davin in the gym, with the Dutch midfielder working on some resistance work.
"I can do almost everything already," he added. "We are on a good road now, no pain anymore, so this is positive."
And the former Ajax star then enjoyed some basic work with a football inside the gym, controlling and passing back to Davin and showing no discomfort.
Speaking back in April, Van de Beek was unable to provide an exact return date but reassured fans that the rehabilitation process is going well.
"I am busy recovering from my injury and everything is going well," he told MUTV. "It is hard to give you a time [on a return date], we just need to see how everything goes.
"I am, for now, doing a lot of gym work. But I am getting closer to being on the pitch so that is a positive. I am not far away."
