Manchester United loanee Alex Telles has reportedly been ruled out of the remainder of the World Cup after picking up an injury in Brazil's defeat to Cameroon on Friday night.
Former Manchester City frontman Gabriel Jesus is also thought to be out until January after suffering a knee injury. According to Brazilian outlet Globo Esporte, both players reported knee issues after the match and resulting scans are said to have confirmed that neither player will be able to play any further part in the tournament.
Telles, who is on loan at Sevilla from the Reds, is set to require surgery and will be out for an extended period of time, while Jesus will reportedly miss around a month of action - which would rule him out of Arsenal's first matches when the Premier League resumes on Boxing Day.

Despite losing 1-0 to Cameroon, Brazil still finished top of Group G and will face off against South Korea on Monday for a place in the quarter-finals. Neymar has missed the last two matches with ankle ligament damage and it remains to be seen if he will return in time for the Round of 16 clash.
Brazil manager Tite could be set for another selection headache following the reports of Jesus and Telles' injuries with full-back Alex Sandro having been absent for the game against Cameroon.
Telles has made 19 appearances for Sevilla since joining the Spanish side on loan in the summer. The 29-year-old has played on 50 occasions for United since arriving at Old Trafford.
