Manchester United could be lining up a bid for Inter Milan full-back Denzel Dumfries.
The club are anticipated to search for a challenger for Diogo Dalot this summer and Gazzetta dello Sport (via Sport Witness) say talks between United and Dumfries’ representatives are ramping up.
Inter are reportedly expecting offers for the right-back at the end of the season and will charge at least €50m (£44million) with more than two years left on his contract.

The Italians want a full one-time payment so they can move for Bayern Munich full-back Noussair Mazraoui who could leave if the Germans make Joao Cancelo’s loan from Manchester City permanent.
Meanwhile, United will reportedly have to fork out €75m (£66m) to lure Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa to Old Trafford in the summer.
The shot-stopper was linked with a move to United over the summer with David de Gea in the final year of his contract. The Spaniard expects to sign a renewal before the end of the season.
But Erik ten Hag will be keeping one eye on the future and 23-year-old Costa has taken his fancy, according to A Bola (via Sport Witness). The Portugal international has conceded just 11 goals in his past 19 games for Porto having kept 10 clean sheets.
Costa will not come cheap with more than four years left on his current deal and Porto are set to put up a fight should a bid come in. Five of Costa’s 11 Portugal caps came at the World Cup, where his nation reached the quarter-finals.
