Manchester United fans have been reacting to the news Anthony Martial has returned to training.
Martial had to be taken off against Everton last month after suffering a back injury in the warm-up ahead of the 2-1 victory. Although he was deemed fit enough to start, the 26-year-old would last just under 30 minutes before the decision was made to substitute him.
Unfortunately, this is not the first injury Martial has picked up this season. He missed two matches at the beginning of the campaign with a hamstring strain before missing a further seven games with an Achilles irritation.

Erik ten Hag will be glad to see Martial back in training at Carrington as the Frenchman has been in great form when available this season. The forward has grabbed three goals and two assists in just four games for the Reds in 2022/23.
While some United fans are delighted to see Martial return, others took the chance to remind the board that his return doesn't mean the club don't need frontline reinforcements. Take a look at what some of our readers had to say about the Frenchman's return below.
Mickie1711: "I think Martial needs to do more than what he has been doing in the past. He has stayed out of football for too long that the onus of scoring goals for the team has been put on the shoulders of players who don't score goals.
"He needs to be strong in the second phase of the league, after the World Cup and go out to score goals. His friends have worked very hard to push the team to where it is and now it's his turn."
Skipper238: "Good news about Martial. But we desperately need more strikers who are genuine goalscorers. We cannot rely on Martial despite his improvement as he is so injury-prone.
"Should we take a risk and try and sign Marcos Leonardo in January from Santos. He is very young at 19 and raw but highly rated and tipped to become a superstar."
Woodward Out: "Can't wait for Martial's return. We've missed his prolific strike rate."
Axel11: "We need another striker period. Martial is too injury-prone.
"Unlikely he would have a good run of games. I hope they try a rehab program [with] him like they did with [Raphael] Varane."
Jeffonline: "We definitely need him based on what I saw this season, if he can stay fit. He suits the tactics better than some as a number 9."
