Manchester United fans have been left raving about Christian Eriksen's goal for Denmark.
There has been a pause in club football for the first international break of the season as national sides play their final round of fixtures before November's World Cup in Qatar. While other federations are playing friendlies, European countries are in competitive action in the form of the Nations League.
Plenty of United stars have been called up - Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw could represent England when they take on Italy on Friday - with Eriksen in action for Denmark on Thursday as they took on Croatia. The Danes may have lost the match but it was Eriksen who came away with the headlines after a fantastic goal.

It may have been sullied somewhat by the fact Lovro Majer scored his own long-distanced effort just two minutes later to give the hosts the win and top spot in League A Group 1, but that hasn't stopped United fans' adoration for it. Supporters expressed their amazement on social media that United managed to get Eriksen on a free transfer and with, fierce rivals Manchester City awaiting when the Premier League resumes, hope he can repeat that magic for his club.
