After losing 4-0 to Brentford on Saturday evening, things don't get much easier for Manchester United in their next Premier League fixture.
Liverpool head to Old Trafford on August 22 to face Erik ten Hag's side, who are currently rock bottom of the division following a 2-1 loss to Brighton on the opening weekend and a humiliation at the hands of Brentford. It has been a nightmare start for the Red Devils' new manager, who now has it all to do to turn things around.
Goals from Josh Dasilva, Mathias Jensen, Ben Mee and Bryan Mbeumo left United trailing the Bees by four goals at half-time and they were unable to issue a response of their own in the second half despite making use of all five substitutions available to them.

United fans are now fearing the worst after witnessing this display as attention turns to next Monday's meeting with the Reds. Liverpool were 5-0 winners on their previous visit to Old Trafford, finding themselves four goals to the good at the break, and will look to inflict further misery on Ten Hag's side struggling side.
Taking to Twitter to express their concerns ahead of this encounter, a number of United supporters would rather the game would not go ahead to spare them the potential shame of another humiliating scoreline.
