Manchester United eye 'swap' deal for Inter Milan star Lautaro Martinez and other transfer rumours

Manchester United are reportedly interested in Inter Milan talisman Lautaro Martinez and are looking to explore a swap deal including Anthony Martial, according to reports.

Erik ten Hag will take charge of the Reds in the summer ahead of a busy transfer window. Current interim boss Ralf Rangnick has highlighted United's need for attacking options and has already named a starting XI without a recognised forward on two occasions this season.

The Argentinian marksman has been a key performer for Inter. He was in blistering form alongside Romelu Lukaku last season but was instilled as the main focal point after the Belgian signed for Chelsea.

According to reports, via the Express, United are looking into possibilities surrounding a move for Martinez. Further to the reports, it has been said that Reds outcast Martial has been offered plus £42m - which has reportedly been rejected.

Meanwhile, 90min are reporting that Edinson Cavani is in 'advanced talks' with Argentina giants Boca Juniors ahead of his impending Old Trafford departure. The Uruguayan will be out of contract this summer and doesn't look to be extending his stay in the Premier League.

The veteran forward has failed to sustain a place in the squad this season after suffering from recurring injuries. He has just two goals in 17 outings his season.
