In their attempts to strengthen their attacking options, Manchester United are reported to have made an enquiry about Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sane. The Germany international did not start for the Bundesliga champions as they beat Eintracht Frankfurt 6-1 in their season opener and could be set for an exit before the transfer window closes.
The Mirror have revealed that the former Manchester City man could return to Manchester this summer. Sadio Mane's move to Bayern means Sane's place in the starting XI is now far from certain.
United are keen to bolster their attacking options this summer. Antony had been linked with a move from Ajax but United's pursuit of the Brazilian appears to have drawn to a close.

Another attacking option to have been linked with United is 19-year-old RB Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko. However, Erik ten Hag has been dealt a blow, with Sky Sport Austria reporting that Sesko has decided to stay at Salzburg this season despite interest from Chelsea, United and Newcastle.
