Manchester United will reportedly need to pay Inter Milan €60m should they wish to sign Andre Onana this summer.
MEN Sport understands the Reds are looking for a first-choice goalkeeper in the transfer window. Erik ten Hag and United are still uncertain as to whether David de Gea will renew his contract which expires next week.
Despite this, Ten Hag is still hopeful of signing a goalkeeper to take the No.1 jersey at Old Trafford. According to 90min, Onana is one of the players the Dutchman is looking at.
It is claimed United have approached the Champions League runners-up to discuss his availability. Chelsea were also thought to be interested in the Cameroonian but were put off by the price tag.

Elsewhere, Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat is believed to have chosen to sign for Atletico Madrid.
According to Calciomercato, United are still in the running for the Moroccan after his brother claimed Ten Hag tried to sign the 26-year-old in January. This deal fell through because Fiorentina did not want to agree to a 'loan with an option to buy'.
Instead, the Reds secured the services of Marcel Sabitzer and Amrabat remained in Italy where he reached the Europa Conference League final. Atleti are reportedly set to pay €30m for the defensive midfielder who also attracted interest from Barcelona earlier this year.
