Manchester United will play three games in Thailand and Australia in their first overseas pre-season tour for three years.
United face Liverpool in Bangkok on July 12 before flying to Melbourne to take on Melbourne Victory on July 15 and Crystal Palace on July 19.
The Liverpool game, to be played at the Rajamangala stadium in the Thai capital, has been billed as 'The Match’ Centenary Cup. The Melbourne matches will be staged at the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground.

The Manchester Evening News understands a fourth friendly could be played before United return to Manchester and the club are also discussing a potential pre-season game in Scandinavia. The Premier League season starts earlier than usual on August 6 due to the winter World Cup.
United football director John Murtough said: “Pre-season tours are such an important part of the squad’s preparation for the season ahead, so it’s crucial to have excellent training facilities and high-quality opposition.
"We’re delighted that we’ll have both these things during our visits to Bangkok and Melbourne this summer, and we’re looking forward to playing in front of our fans in both cities for the first time in a number of years."
United have not embarked on a summer tour since 2019 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. United only played one friendly at Aston Villa due to the tight turnaround between seasons in 2020 and played against Derby, Queens Park Rangers, Brentford and Everton prior to the start of this season.
Although United returned to Australia in 2019, they were based in Perth and are travelling to Melbourne for the first time since 1999. United last played in Thailand in David Moyes's first match as manager at the start of their arduous 2013 tour of Asia and Australia.
United have noticeably opted to include Paul Pogba in promotional material even though he is out of contract on June 30 and expected to leave the club. Pogba last week described United's trophyless season as 'dead' and said 'nothing is decided' on his future.
"Nothing is decided on my future, there is nothing done," Pogba told Telefoot. "I can decide tomorrow, as I can decide during the transfer window. I want to come back, finish the season well."
"The season is not over yet, but almost because we don't have any more titles to play for. I want to win titles, to play for something and this year and the last few years we haven't won a title. It's sad."
