Manchester United have been described as an 'Instagram team' by former Wales international Dean Saunders following the controversial release of midfielder Paul Pogba's documentary.
Created by Amazon Prime, 'The Pogmentary' , which is all about the life of outgoing United midfielder Pogba, has been released following the conclusion of one of the bleakest seasons in United's recent history. United finished sixth at the end of the 2022/23 Premier League campaign, so will play no part in the Champions League next season, despite investing more than £120million in signing Raphael Varane, Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo last summer.
United, who sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer less than four months into the campaign, experienced a plethora of disappointing results and performances, and a major rebuild is on the cards this summer. United have already confirmed that 11 players will officially leave the club when their contracts expire on June 30, including Pogba.

Ironically, Pogba's departure has delighted almost every United supporter, with his comments about the club in 'The Pogmentary' having angered many of them. He hit out at United, insisting they offered him "nothing" in the form of a new contract — despite the club offering him a new deal worth £290,000-a-week.
Pogba returned to United from Juventus in the summer of 2016 for a club-record fee of £89million and failed to ever live up to expectations. He departs having won just two trophies.
"The whole thing is a disaster," Saunders told talkSPORT. "Man United are the only club that can give a player away for free twice and pay £90million for him.
"I'm purposely not going to watch that documentary because Man United are like an Instagram team – football comes second. Do your talking on the pitch and then you can do as many documentaries as you like.
"If [Mohamed] Salah or [Sergio] Aguero did a documentary I'd watch it, I admire them, week-in week-out earning their wages. When someone's not earning their wages and then does a documentary, it just sums it up."
