There are only a handful of players fortunate enough to have played alongside both Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
The two superstars are the subject of a debate that will likely never be settled, with football fans all over the world all holding an opinion on which of the two is the greatest.
The debate will only intensify as both men approach what is surely their final World Cup later this year. Lisandro Martinez plays with Ronaldo at Manchester United and with Messi for Argentina. He is well-placed to judge the pair but the centre-back stopped short of giving an opinion on who he rates higher.

Instead, he showed his appreciation at being able to call both teammates. Speaking to ESPN Argentina, Martinez said: "I feel privileged. It is an honour to share with them. You learn, you absorb. They have won everything, they want more, an admirable mentality and you give your best in every workout.
"From the first day, Cristiano treated me well. He is very friendly, he has a very nice charisma, bringing smiles, making people laugh.
"He is very professional, he arrives early, he is the last to leave and he takes care of himself at meals. It all highlights why he has had such an impressive career."
