Man City XI vs Chelsea: Confirmed team news, starting lineup, injury latest for Premier League game today

Manchester City have Phil Foden and Joao Cancelo back in the starting lineup for tonight’s Premier League meeting with Chelsea.

The pair have been on the bench for recent games against Leeds and Everton, but start at Stamford Bridge as Kyle Walker also comes into the side in place of Rico Lewis.

Aymeric Laporte was a doubt after he missed the disappointing draw with Everton over the weekend due to a back problem, and he is absent again.

Portuguese defender Ruben Dias misses the trip to Stamford Bridge this evening with a hamstring injury.

City have Julian Alvarez, who has returned following the World Cup final and an extended period of rest, on the bench, while Bernardo Silva starts in the front three as Jack Grealish is named among the substitutes.
