Leeds United look set to face the wrath of a nearly fully fit Manchester City when the Whites return to domestic action on Wednesday night at Elland Road.
The defending Premier League champions saw off Liverpool in midweek in the Carabao Cup 3-2 with a host of World Cup stars returning to City's starting XI.
Manuel Akanji, Aymeric Laporte, Nathan Ake, Kevin de Bruyne, Ilkay Gundogan, John Stones, Jack Grealish, Bernardo Silva and Phil Foden were all involved at the Etihad last Thursday, with Kyle Walker and Joao Cancelo the only players in the City match day squad who were at the World Cup to not feature.

Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson missed the contest against Liverpool, as did striker Julian Alvarez, who won't feature against the Whites after winning the World Cup with Argentina.
Ruben Dias also looks set to miss out on Wednesday night after the defender picked up a hamstring injury in Portugal's last World Cup game against Morocco, which saw them lose in shock fashion in the quarterfinals.
Of course, City do also have the likes of Erling Haaland and Riyad Mahrez at their disposal who did not go to the World Cup. Both of them scored against Liverpool.
However, the most prominent City name amongst Leeds supporters set to miss the clash at Elland Road is former Whites midfielder Kalvin Phillips, who Pep Guardiola recently revealed returned from Qatar "overweight."
The 27-year-old has endured a torrid time since his summer move to Manchester, with Phillips having made just four appearances for City under Guardiola.
And he was absent entirely from the City squad upon their return to action in the Carabao Cup.
"He [Phillips] is not injured," said Guardiola after the 3-2 win over Liverpool.
"He arrived overweight. He didn't arrive in the condition for the training sessions and to play."
Injuries and the form of Spanish midfielder Rodri have seen Phillips opportunities for minutes limited this term.
While he could make the bench against Leeds, a reunion between Phillips and the Whites on Wednesday night at Elland Road seems highly unlikely.
