If you've visited Manchester Christmas Markets this year or in past years, you'll know that one of the busiest stalls in the city is the famous Yorkshire pudding wraps at the Porky Pig carvery. They've returned to their prime spot on Exchange Square this year with queues snaking right down the street every day of the week.
And the Manchester carvery is aiming to bring a bit of festive sparkle for those heading down on Wednesdays to the Christmas Markets over the coming weeks. Boss Eddie Osman has revealed that a golden ticket hunt will start from tomorrow (November 23).
A bit like finding a golden ticket in a Willy Wonka bar, anyone buying a Porky Pig Yorkshire pudding wrap on Wednesdays at the Christmas Markets should carefully take a look inside their wrapping. If you see a glint of gold beneath your meat and veg filled batter, then you're in for a treat.

For one lucky shopper who finds the golden ticket every Wednesday from now until the end of the markets will be entitled to two free wraps on the day. Plus, boss Eddie says if they keep hold of the golden ticket, they'll be entitled to two free wraps and a queue jump at EVERY future Christmas Markets the stall is at in future too.
Eddie, originally from Cheetham Hill, says: "Every year when we come back to the Christmas Markets we're looking at new ways to look after our customers. We have been so lucky this year we have been busier than ever since the start of the markets.
"To say thank you we're doing a Porky Pig and the golden ticket so each week one lucky customer will get the golden ticket and win two free Yorkshire pudding wraps. They can come back each year and get a queue jump - and their two free wraps - for as long as Porky Pig trades at the markets!
"Willy Wonka style, the goldent ticket will be in a random Yorkshire pudding wrapper once a week on a Wednesday, every Wednesday until the markets finish."
Eddie, 45, has launched the new offer just a day after the introduction of another offer this year to tie in with the World Cup. Although Eddie may well be regretting giving away THREE free Yorkshire pudding wraps every time England score a goal - after their 6-2 trouncing of Iran.
But Eddie says the offer will continue at every game England are involved in with this World Cup. It means that every time England score in the tournament, the first "three lions" queueing for a Yorkshire pudding wrap at that time will get their Yorkie free.
The "famous" Porky Pig Yorkshire puddings are priced at £8 for your choice of meat, or £8.50 for three meats. They're also serving up battered pigs in blankets this year that are going down a storm f or £6.50 a portion.
Manchester Christmas Markets stalls are open every day now across the city centre until December 22. Opening hours, in general, are for retail market stalls to open from 10am to 8pm, while food and drink stalls are open from 11am to 9pm.
