Manchester Airport has sent out a "be aware" warning to all customers who have flights and holidays booked.
The airport is urging people to do three things ahead of travelling, and took to Twitter to share the news. A tweet from its official account said: "Before jetting off for your summer holiday, be #TravelAware".
Airport bosses are encouraging people to check UK Foreign Office travel guidance for your destination. The government department regularly updates advice for people travelling to any one of 226 countries or territories, and makes people aware of any entry requirements, or safety and security issues.

Manchester Airport's tweet also urges passengers to "get insurance and check the cover". Policies can cover lost, stolen or damaged possessions, as well as pay for any medical care needed.
The final things travellers should do, the airport said, is to sign up to all travel alerts, which you can do here
The advice comes after Manchester Airport issued a warning earlier this week, as people could see themselves refused entry to flights. It has joined forces with the One Too Many campaign which warns people could be hit with harsh penalties if they drink too much at the airport.
