A man has been left in tears after having a "humongous and squishy" lump removed from his leg.
Terry was forced to seek help from Dr Pimple Popper, real name Dr Sandra Lee, after a lipoma had left him in excruciating pain.
The patient had been taking Ibuprofen to try and minimise the pain, but ended up taking so much he was worried about giving himself "another health condition".
In a teaser clip for the latest episode, which was shared on TLC's YouTube channel, Terry explained that the lump had started to grow 10 years ago.
"The growth is bigger than my hand, it's humongous. When I touch it, it moves around, it's kind of squishy," he said.
He added: "My bump is painful, it's like a sharp stabbing pain. I take so much ibuprofen for the pain I may be causing myself another health condition."
After the surgery, Dr Pimple Popper told the cameras: "The giant lipoma has really been causing Terry a lot of pain. Hopefully I've been able to get it all out and not disrupted any of the nerves."
Dr Pimple Popper's patient broke down in tears as he was able to see his "normal leg" again following the surgery.
Dr Sandra Lee said Terry had been fantastic during the surgery, telling him: "I'm so lucky to know you."
Tearing up, he replied: "I'm just so happy that you were able to help me, thank you. It's such a relief."
Explaining his reaction, he said: "I've been carrying this around for so long, when I looked at it I was overcome with emotion to actually see my leg looking normal again."
Speaking to the cameras about what's next, Terry said: "Now that this bump is gone, I'm excited because I could buy new clothes and I can just go be in public, I ain't got to worry about my job, I can go through security without being scrutinised."
He added: "It's a different chapter now."
