Tributes have flooded in for a man who died after a crash on the M62.
The 61-year-old man, from Wirral, has been branded a "really nice guy" who never had a "bad thing" to say. He was rushed to Warrington District Hospital when his Skoda was involved in crash with a grey Mercedes.
However after suffering from serious injuries he later died in hospital. The incident happened on the motorway, near Warrington, at around 3.45am on Saturday, April 29.

Mark Tetlow said: "I worked with him until he lost his life the other day. I just wanted to say he was a really nice guy and always friendly. I never heard him say a bad thing in all the time I worked with him, he was one of them people. We're all gutted."
Lisa Sweeney commented: "Sending big love, caring thoughts to the gorgeous family. God bless RIP heavenly angel." While a third Terina Richardson added: "Heartbreaking. Deepest sympathy to the family, thinking of you all."
Susan Ford also said: "So very sad, deepest condolences to his family and friends. Fly high with the angels."
Two people who were travelling in the Mercedes, both believed to be men, ran off from the scene. However two other men, aged 21 and 23, remained with the car. They have since been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Sergeant Russell Sime, of the serious and complex collision investigation unit, said: "This was a serious collision which has resulted in the death of a 61-year-old man, and we are committed to doing all we can to establish exactly what took place. As part of our investigation we are keen to hear from anyone who was travelling on the M62, near to Junction 10, at the time of the incident and believes they may have witnessed the collision.
"The same goes for anyone with any CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident. We would also like to hear from anyone who believes that they may have seen the occupants of the Mercedes fleeing the scene on foot following the incident.
"The collision itself occurred near to Mill House Lane, Croft, and we’re urging residents who live in the vicinity of the motorway to review their CCTV cameras for anyone who may have been around their properties from 3.45am this morning, Saturday 29 April.
