One man's passion for dairy products, which sees him have a full pint of milk plus an entire ice cream tub with every evening meal, has left people "obsessed"
William Russell uses Facebook to document his calcium-heavy dinners, with the intention of showing how you can cook family-sized meals on a budget.
Many of his dinners look delicious and range from pork belly stir fry in a plum and hoisin sauce, to an old-fashioned homemade curry.

But it's what's next to William's plate which has really caught people's attention, with the single dad washing down each dinner with a pint glass filled with milk, Mirror UK reports.
While this might be more than enough dairy for some, William also finishes off his meals with a full tub of ice cream - sometimes writing 'moo' on top with syrup, to the delight of his followers.
William, from East Calder in Scotland, slurps through 28 pints of milk each week, and even keeps a cow-shaped butter dish on his dining table, in an apparent nod to his love of all things dairy.
Amazed by his antics, one Twitter user recently tweeted a round-up of some of William's dinners, writing: "I’m obsessed with this man’s diet, not only does he drink at least a pint of milk with every (enormous) meal, he also finishes it off with an entire tub of ice cream, every day, an icon."
Others have been left aghast at William's enormous dairy intake, while a number praised his "immaculate" and "satisfying" looking presentation plus his ability to put on a "good spread."
However, others have expressed fear for his digestive system, with one person shuddering, "the IBS is kicking off just looking at this."
Another gasped: "This has made me lactose intolerant".
William told the Mirror: " I love the lovely comments and support that I never knew I had. I wasn't looking for any kind of recognition, I just enjoyed posting my meals on the food sites that I'm currently on.
"Yes there's a lot of negative comments but I enjoy them as well. I'm a single guy with loads of bills and my main reason for posting my meals is how cheap you can actually cook a family-sized meal which I show in most of my family-sized meals (for one! )"
