With a title challenge looking increasingly likely for Manchester United, boss Erik ten Hag may turn to the transfer market to boost his squad for that push.
Jack Butland and Wout Weghorst have already arrived at Old Trafford, both on loan deals until the end of the season. Recruits may well still be needed throughout the team though, if the Red Devils are to overhaul Manchester City and Arsenal.
Ten Hag could also see some of the fringe members of his squad moved on, as he continues to overhaul his options. Here, Mirror Football rounds up all the latest transfer news from Old Trafford.
Maguire exit 'explored'
West Ham are reportedly 'exploring' a move for Harry Maguire, who has fallen out of favour under Erik ten Hag. The Hammers are keen on boosting their options in defence following a dreadful first-half of the season.
According to ESPN, Maguire is seen as being an 'attractive option' by the Premier League strugglers. They are hoping to use his lack of game-time this term to tempt him into moving to the London Stadium.
But with manager David Moyes' future uncertain and United still involved in four competitions, it is said they are facing an 'uphill battle' to land the centre-back. Maguire is also understood to be ready to fight for his place.

Garnacho set for new contract
United are reportedly growing increasingly confident of seeing wonderkid Alejandro Garnacho sign a new contract. The attacker's current deal expires next summer, though the Red Devils do hold the option of extending it by an extra year.
Garnacho has broken into Ten Hag's plans this year, playing a key role in Saturday's comeback win in the Manchester derby. Now, according to ESPN, it is increasingly likely he will put pen to paper on a new contract.
The two parties have been negotiating since the summer, with a new round of talks scheduled to take place. With Real Madrid among the team eyeing him, United are said to be ready to bring his wages in line with his new status in Ten hag's squad.
Battle erupts over Dumfries
A battle has erupted over Manchester United target Denzel Dumfries, with Chelsea reportedly submitting a bid for the Inter Milan star. Dumfries has become a target for the Red Devils, with Ten Hag keen to improve his options at fullback.
But according to La Repubblica, Chelsea have made the first move by submitting a £31m bid for the Netherlands international. But Inter are set to attempt to drive that price up much further amid the battle over their star wing-back.
It is said that the Serie A giants will demand at least £48m in exchange for Dumfries, who impressed at the World Cup. The Red Devils are one of the clubs interested, having opened talks with Inter.
