Harry Maguire is expected to be on the bench for Manchester United's game against Brighton at the Amex on Saturday evening.
The Red Devils skipper, 29, is fit again and will be part of the 20-man squad for the Premier League fixture. But he's likely to be on the bench after Victor Lindelof and Raphael Varane kept a clean sheet in the 3-0 home victory against Brentford on Monday evening.
"Harry is back in training, he trained the whole week, since the day after or the second day after the Brentford game, he resumed for training," confirmed interim boss Ralf Rangnick on Friday. "So, he will be available for tomorrow and be part of the group."
When pressed on whether Maguire will start, Rangnick added: "This is a decision I have to make after training today and obviously, I don't want to tell our opponents with which line-up we are going to start but he will definitely be part of the group."
Rangnick is expected to play a back four in front of David de Gea on Saturday. Diogo Dalot is likely to continue at right-back after starting the last five Premier League games, while Alex Telles will remain at left-back due to Luke Shaw's ongoing leg complaint.
In terms of the other injury concerns, Rangnick said: "Edinson [Cavani] is in training, obviously he came on as a sub [against Brentford]. Marcus Rashford will be missing, he has caught bronchitis with high temperatures, so he won't be able to be part of the group.

"We have a question mark behind Eric Bailly, he called the doctor this morning and had some back problems, problems with his back and he's being checked right now. We'll have to see if he will be able to train afterwards."
In holding midfield, Scott McTominay is expected to continue and will be partnered by either Fred or Nemanja Matic. The former is set to come into the team after replacing Matic against Brentford, helping United's lead increase by two goals.
In attack, Rangnick is not expected to make any changes. Juan Mata made his first Premier League start of the season against the Bees and impressed, earning praise from his manager. "He had moments when he played like a magician," said Rangnick.
Anthony Elanga has featured in every Premier League game since the turn of the year and, having started the last five fixtures, is likely to continue. Bruno Fernandes also had a good game against Brentford and is set to remain as captain for the trip to Brighton.
And it's hard to imagine Cristiano Ronaldo not starting. The veteran striker is enjoying his best run of form this season, scoring nine goals in his last six Premier League outings. He's now got 24 goals for the Red Devils since his return from Juventus last summer.
Manchester United predicted line-up vs Brighton (4-2-3-1): David de Gea; Diogo Dalot, Raphael Varane, Victor Lindelof, Alex Telles; Fred, Scott McTominay; Juan Mata, Anthony Elanga, Bruno Fernandes; Cristiano Ronaldo
