Manchester United enjoyed a sensational Monday as they saw off Liverpool and confirmed the arrival of Casemiro.
The Red Devils registered their first win of the Erik ten Hag era with a surprise success over their arch rivals at Old Trafford. Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford helped United get off the mark under the Dutchman with a sensational performance.
United paraded their new £60m signing before kick-off in Manchester with the Brazilian backed to much a huge impact. Recruitment has long been a problem and the arrival of Casemiro comes after several notable misses in the transfer market.

Ten Hag chat seals Casemiro move
Casemiro has revealed that Erik ten Hag convinced him to join United as the Brazilian made the £70million switch from Real Madrid.
He told the Man Utd website: "The opportunity to start a new challenge at Manchester United and in the Premier League is extremely exciting. I have worked with many great managers in my career and, having met with Erik and heard his ideas, I can’t wait to work closely with him, his staff and my new team-mates in the coming years.
"I’m ending one beautiful journey in Madrid whilst starting another in Manchester as determined as ever to win football matches, win trophies and make our fans proud by bringing success to this great club.
Antony watches Liverpool win
Transfer target Antony tuned in as the Red Devils secured a stunning victory over arch-rivals Liverpool on Monday night.
Antony is desperate to join United and refused to train with his Ajax teammates last week in an effort to force through a transfer. It appears as though his loyalties may already lie elsewhere, as eagle-eyed social media users spotted that he was watching the North-West derby between United and Liverpool on television.
His brother and agent shared two pictures on his Instagram story and one of them, which has since been deleted, showed that they were sat on the sofa watching United beat their old foe 2-1.
Anti-Glazer protests held
United fans staged their latest protest against the Glazers before their clash with Liverpool, with a heavy police presence required.
Fan anger has long been directed at the club's owners and their supporter base has rallied together once more to make their feelings known at Old Trafford. Several supporter groups have come together as they look to make a lawful protest against the top brass, marching from The Tollgate pub towards Old Trafford.
Huge numbers of fans gathered together and have been filmed on social media chanting "We want Glazers out" with flares also being lit. They were rumours last week that the Glazers were potentially open to selling a stake in the club they have seen decline over the past decade.
