Manchester United can consider themselves lucky to still be in their UEFA Champions League tie with Atletico Madrid and their manager Diego Simeone has been earmarked as the next Red Devils boss by ex-captain Roy Keane.
Keane was impressed by the Argentinian's tactics on Wednesday night and can imagine him doing a tremendous job at Old Trafford, telling his former employers to go and get their man.
It was Anthony Elanga's late equaliser that earned United a 1-1 draw and Simeone has since blamed one of his defenders for allowing the talented youngster to score with 10 minutes remaining.
While United are set to drop a sponsor due to the developing situation between Russia and Ukraine.

Keane wants Simeone
Having seen the way in which Man United were dismantled by Atletico and scraped a 1-1 draw in the Champions League first leg, former captain Roy Keane has told the club to make Diego Simeone their next manager.
Simeone has turned La Liga into a three-horse race and broken the monopoly Barcelona and Real Madrid have held over the Spanish division.
Atletico found themselves a goal up inside the opening 10 minutes and caused United countless problems throughout the 90 minutes, leading to Keane telling United to do what it takes to bring Simeone to Old Trafford next season.
“Simone, go and get him, he’s a big character," said Keane.
Simeone questions Reinildo
Anthony Elanga's debut season took another huge step on Wednesday when he came off the bench to score United's equaliser inside the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium.
Playmaker Bruno Fernandes provided the assist for Elanga who went on to calmly finish past goalkeeper Jan Oblak and has left the tie delicately poised heading into the second leg.
But it was the failed interception from Atletico defender Reinildo which has come into criticism from Simeone.
When asked after the final whistle to analyse the goal, the fiery boss made sure to point out the defender's role in the equaliser.
United to drop sponsor
As Russia's aggressive actions towards Ukraine increase, United look set to end their ongoing sponsorship with airline Aerofloat.
The deal, which was extended in 2017, is believed to be in the region of £40million but the club are keen to distance themselves from the organisation.
The team travelled via Titan for Wednesday's Champions League clash instead of their usual Aerofloat plane.
And with the deal set to expire in 2013, it is believed CEO Richard Arnold is against renewing once again.
