After a month without Premier League football, Tottenham Hotspur return to action on Boxing Day with a trip to Brentford in the first of numerous fixtures over the festive period.
Starting after Christmas, Antonio Conte's men face seven different opponents before the end of January as the fixtures come thick and fast. Alongside their hectic Premier League calendar, Spurs will also begin their FA Cup campaign against Portsmouth.
There were plenty of success stories from within Spurs' World Cup stars with defender Cristian Romero lifting the prestigious trophy with a penalty shoot-out win over Huge Lloris' France. There were also impressive runs by Ivan Perisic with Croatia while Richarlison and Harry Kane suffered quarter-final heartbreak.

One topic of conversation that is set to continue over the Christmas period is whether Kane would be ready to start after exiting the World Cup nearly two weeks ago. The Spurs striker suffered a penalty disaster in Qatar after blazing his spot-kick over against Lloris as England crashed out.
However, with Manchester United returning to domestic action sooner than Spurs, Erik ten Hag's team selection for their Carabao Cup clash with Burnley could provide a hint of Kane's return. football.london's sister title the Manchester Evening News have included Harry Maguire in their predicted line-up after his impressive displays with the Three Lions.
The 29-year-old has only appeared nine times for United this season after losing his form and place in Ten Hag's defence. However, with Raphael Varane handed an extended break after his route to the final, it's likely that Maguire will partner Victor Lindelof in defence.
Should Maguire start tonight, it could mean Kane has a strong possibility of featuring on Boxing Day. The pair started all five of England's World Cup games and were key figures of Gareth Southgate's side but have had 10 days of recovery.
