Thomas Tuchel's side take on Manchester City in the heavyweight clash of the round - both teams will both be eyeing silverware this term but one will have their hopes dashed early. Erik ten Hag's Manchester United will welcome Steven Gerrard and Aston Villa.

Leeds United have been drawn against Wolves whilst Newcastle United, who have started the season impressively, will take on Crystal Palace. MK Dons have a home game against Morecambe meaning one League One outfit, at least, will be in the fourth round of the competition.
Bournemouth vs Everton is among another all-Premier League tie. The third round match will take place week commencing November 7.
