United make decision on Henderson for Carabao Cup clash
Manchester United will not allow Dean Henderson to play against them for Nottingham Forest in the League Cup semi-final.
Henderson's two penalty saves in the shootout win against Wolves secured Forest's first cup semi-final since 1991 but he will have to sit out the two-legged semi-final against parent club United. United will reject any request Forest make to allow the on-loan Henderson to play, although Forest manager Steve Cooper was resigned to Henderson's absence in the last four after the game.

"I have only just thought of that: it is frustrating," Cooper said. "After seeing the night he had tonight, he was excellent in the penalty shootout but he was good in the game, more than good in the game.
“It’s unfortunate. He’s part of our group, he is so invested in the group and how we work, what we’re trying to accelerate in terms of what we want to become. To do that you need a really good goalkeeper. Not only is he committing as a goalkeeper, he is buying into being in the city and the greater good of the club. It has put a dampener on it for me tonight.

Martinez sends message to teammates ahead of Man City tie
Lisandro Martinez says he and his Manchester United teammates must be ready for battle ahead of Saturday’s derby with Manchester City and insisted he has realigned his focus after Argentina’s World Cup triumph.
The defender has made three appearances since his return to Old Trafford following his country’s success in Qatar. He started his first match since the trophy lift in Tuesday’s 3-0 win over Charlton in the League Cup quarter-finals.
Martinez was allowed extra time off to celebrate Argentina’s win and so missed the victories over Nottingham Forest and Wolves. He made two late substitute appearances in the 3-0 win over Bournemouth - his first match back at United - and the 3-1 FA Cup Third Round success over Everton.
He is expected to start against City on Saturday lunchtime, which will be his first Premier League home start since October’s 1-0 win over West Ham. Speaking to ICS (via manutd.com), Martinez explained how he has his mind fully trained on the derby after ‘adapting’ back from his mid-season jubilation.
