Mount decision made by Man United
After seeing their latest Mason Mount offer rejected, Manchester United have made the decision to focus on other midfield targets, according to a new report from The Times.
Late into Friday evening, the Blues turned down Man United's third offer for Mount which was worth £55million, with £50m to be paid up front and a further £5m available in add-ons.
However, that may no longer happen as Man United have been left unhappy by Chelsea in negotiations. There is a belief at Old Trafford that Chelsea are trying to apply a “Manchester United tax” to the Mount deal.
It has also been noted at Old Trafford that Chelsea were willing to deal swiftly with Manchester City over Mateo Kovacic, agreeing to sell the Croatia international for just £30 million.
Moises Caicedo worry
Chelsea have been hit by a double transfer blow with the first involving Manchester United's reported decision to focus on other midfield targets away from Mason Mount.
Erik ten Hag looking at other options means the Blues receiving a £50million-plus windfall for his services is hanging in the balance. Mauricio Pochettino has been focused on selling Mount before turning his attention to Moises Caicedo, but Man United could hugely alter his priority.
At the top of the list of Mount alternatives for the Red Devils is said to Caicedo which presents a new worry for Chelsea. Brighton are demanding up to £100million, but as per CBS Sports, a £80m fee up front plus £10m in add-ons, 'appears possible' for the 21-year-old.

Christian Pulisic update
AC Milan could face competition from Lyon for the signature of Christian Pulisic from Chelsea.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Italian giants are in 'direct contact' with Pulisic and he is now at the very top of their list of targets. Stefano Pioli lost out on Marcus Thuram to direct rivals Inter, but he now wants to sign Pulisic from the Blues this summer.
French outlet L'Equipe have now claimed that Lyon are 'dreaming' of signing the USMNT star. The French club's American owners have even contacted him regarding a potential move and the winger is said to have not shown any reluctance to the idea so far.
