Man Suggests Wearing ICE Costume 'to Home Depot' for 'Entertainment' Sparks Outrage: 'These People Have No Soul'

A man wearing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) jacket stirred controversy in a video where he suggested people buy the jacket and wear it to home improvement stores in sanctuary cities for "entertainment."

In a video circulating on social media, the man—identified as Brandon Fellows, a participant in the January 6 Capitol riot—was asked by political comedian duo, The Good Liars, if he really worked for ICE. Fellows said he didn't, but recommended purchasing the jacket.

"If you want some entertainment, wear this and go to a Home Depot in a sanctuary city like where I live right now Washington, D.C.," Fellows said. "You'll see all the illegals start to run away."

"You feel like a group fitness instructor," he added. "It's really good."

Many social media users questioned the legality of what Fellows was suggesting. "Is it not a crime to impersonate an officer of the law?" a commenter asked. While impersonating an officer of the law is illegal, wearing the costume alone does not legally qualify as impersonation, several users pointed out.

Legality aside, moral objections to the behavior were voiced. "Imagine being such a low-life that you buy an ICE outfit to scare people," one commenter said. "What has this world become?"

"A person who inflicts pain on another human solely for their own entertainment and demonstrates no remorse or guilt is the definition of a sadistic sociopath, actually," another wrote.

"What Brandon Fellows is doing is...not funny. He does not know who is illegal and who isn't," one stated.

"These people have no soul," added another.

Previously known for his involvement in the January 6 attack, where he smoked marijuana inside the Capitol building, Fellows has a history of trolling the left at demonstrations and on social media.
