A man aged in his 30s has been rushed to hospital with "serious" head injuries following an alleged assault in Donaghmede this morning.
The incident happened in the Donaghmede area in Dublin 13 this morning. Gardai attended the scene, and a man aged in his 30s received head injuries.
He was taken to Beaumont Hospital to be treated for injuries, which are believed to be serious but non-life threatening. Gardai say three men have been arrested in connection with this incident.

A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí are investigating an alleged incident of assault in Donaghmede, Dublin 13, this morning, Thursday 15th June 2023. Gardaí received report that a man, aged in his 30s, had received head injuries and attended the scene.
"The man was taken to Beaumont Hospital to be treated for injuries which are believed to be serious but non-life threatening. Three men, aged in their 30s and 40s, have been arrested in connection with this incident.
"All three are currently detained at Garda Stations in the DMR North under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984. Investigations are ongoing."
