Besides its incredible architecture, flashy Broadway performances and yellow cabs, New York City is notoriously known for its small living spaces and absurdly high rent.
But fans of comedian and actor Ron Ervin were still left stunned after watching a video tour of his teeny tiny flat, which is so small it won't fit a Queen-size bed.

In a viral TikTok video, a man has given everyone a full tour of his place to show the reality of living in the city, and it's left people stunned.
Comedian and actor Ron Ervin ( @ronervin ) shared his video in response to another viral clip shared by TikToker Axel Webber, who claimed to have the smallest apartment in New York.
He was quick to prove Webber wrong, as he said: "Surprise b***h, a challenger has appeared."

"This guy has a queen-size mattress in his apartment," he continued. "If I brought a queen-sized mattress into my New York apartment, it would crush me to death."
Ron claims to pay $950, approximately £703, for a 100 square foot room, which is too small to fit a queen-sized mattress.
He then proceeds to give a 360-degree tour of his apartment, as he says: "Right, grand tour, everybody ready?"

"This is my front door. Stay with me, stay with me, stay with me, stay with me, you still with me? Still with me? And there we go," - and that's where the tour ends.
Within just a couple of seconds, Ron has completely shown off his apartment which comprises of a bed, a clothing rail, a desk and a kitchen cabinet with a mini-fridge.
Joking about the amount of space he has, he says: "Oh you have a closet? Like an actual closet, to put your clothes in? Ok Bill Gates, let's sit in your BMW and talk about it some time."
In another video, he addresses a commonly asked question - does he have an oven?
"Let's get this out of the way, once and for all, I don't have a stove. I don't," he revealed, but he does use a George Foreman grill.
His building does also have a garden that has been decorated with fairy lights, which is a nice touch, and his bathroom can be found out in the hallway.
Since being posted, the viral video has been liked more than 457,000 times and has received 8,400 comments from stunned viewers.
One person said: "Not sure if yours is smaller, but it's definitely less space-optimised."
Another wrote: "Bro you live in the closet."
While a third commented: "Reason #10000000 why I will never more to the city if I can help it," to which Ron replied saying, "It ain't for everyone that's for sure."
