A man died early Wednesday after being shot in the Roseland neighborhood, police said.
Adam Sharkey, 31, was found on a sidewalk in the 11300 block of South Edbrooke Avenue around 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, according to Chicago police.
Sharkey, of the 8000 block of South Evans Avenue, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn with a gunshot wound to the head and pronounced dead at 12:23 a.m., police said.
No one is in custody and detectives are investigating.
