Foodie shares McDonald's trick that will 'level-up' your hash browns

A food expert has shared a game-changing McDonald's trick that they say will take your hash browns "up a level".

YouTube channel Mashed regularly shares food tips and secrets, and recently they turned their attention to the breakfast staple served by the fast-food giant.

They said that when you order a hash brown, you should ask for it 'well-done', which you can do either in person or when ordering through the self-service tills.

It used to be an industry secret, but now anyone can order the items well done so you too can eat the crispiest hash browns you've ever tried, according to Mashed.

All you have to do is ask for them well done (McDonald's)

"Just ask for 'well-done' when you place your order and you'll get a game-changing crispiness that you never knew you needed."
