A man has been left with serious injuries after he was hit by a car in Leeds. A disturbance occurred yesterday (Friday, October 28) at 2.24am between a group of men on Sunbeam Avenue in Beeston.
Several men are reported to have started arguing and fighting in the street. During the argument, one man was hit by a car.
The others left the scene and the victim was taken to hospital for treatment for a serious arm injury. Detectives from West Yorkshire Police are now appealing for witnesses following the serious incident.

Detective Inspector Dan Bates of Leeds District CID, said: "We are investigating this disturbance in which a man has received a serious injury after being struck with a vehicle. This incident could easily have resulted in even more serious injuries to the victim, and I would ask anyone who has information about what happened to come forward.
