A man who proposed to his girlfriend during Paul McCartney's Glastonbury set said he hid the ring in his man bag for the whole festival.
Sean Warren proposed to girlfriend Toni Lynn during the former Beatles star's headline Glastonbury show on Saturday, June 25. Sean, 31, said he hasn't stopped smiling since Toni, 29, accepted his proposal in the middle of the crowd.
Sean, who owns his own events company called Sound North West, said he planned to propose during McCartney's set about three weeks before. He told the ECHO as they both love The Beatles it seemed the perfect time to pop the question.

Sean, who lives near Smithdown Road, said he checked what the predicted setlist was before the set began to find the right moment. He said: "I pondered between two different songs but it felt like the right moment. I wanted to get it out the way early on so we could just party the night away.
"We got quite close to the front but I was panicking because it was so busy. I started worrying I wouldn't have enough space to get down on one knee. I told a couple behind me who I didn't know I was going to need a little bit of space."
Sean said the whole group apart from Toni were aware he was going to pop the question. He added it was really important Toni's best friend was there so they could celebrate together.
A video of the couple's happy moment has been widely shared on social media. Sean said: "We've been getting trolled on Twitter with people saying she looks like she didn't want to say yes.
"I was always winding her up saying I'd never propose to her which is why she looks so surprised. That and the fact it was 10pm on day three of Glastonbury."
Sean said the ring only came on the Tuesday before Glastonbury. He added Toni became suspicious after she caught him trying to hide the ring in the boot of the car. Sean had to carry the ring in his man bag for the whole festival before the perfect moment arose.
The pair have been together for four years after meeting at Benicàssim festival. Although they are both originally from Huyton they had never met before then.
Sean, who was at his third Glastonbury, said the festival was "unbelievable" and the "best one I've been to". Apart from Paul McCartney other highlights included Sam Fender and Blossoms.
Speaking about the engagement, Sean said: "It was just unbelievable - it really was. It was so boss - I haven't stopped smiling to be fair.
"We're both music mad. We met at a festival and got proposed at a festival. I don't think we'll end up getting married at one though."
