Authorities in Loveland, Colorado, are on the lookout for a man who allegedly attempted to rob a bank but left empty-handed due to a communication mishap.
The incident occurred at First National Bank on North Lincoln Ave. in Loveland on December 17th, just before 5 p.m., as reported by the Loveland Police Department.
According to police reports, the suspect entered the bank and handed a note to the teller. However, the teller struggled to decipher the contents of the note as it was nearly illegible.
As the teller continued to have difficulty understanding the message, the frustrated suspect decided to abandon his robbery attempt and swiftly exited the bank.
Law enforcement officials are currently working to identify and locate the suspect. Surveillance footage from the bank captured the individual wearing a brown hoodie, green pants, a green baseball cap, sunglasses, and brown gloves.
This unusual turn of events serves as a reminder of the unpredictable nature of criminal activities and the importance of clear communication in such situations.
