A man in his 60s was left with serious injuries after falling from a ladder at his Leicester home. The man was found injured on the floor by emergency services at his home in The Wayne Way at 1.06pm.
Leicestershire Live reports that the man was taken to hospital and his house was taped off with a police van stationed outside the property on Saturday afternoon (May 21).
A Leicestershire Police spokesman has said officers are still working to establish the circumstances of the incident, but initial inquiries suggest the man was up a ladder before he was injured, which was then pulled out from under him.
