A man has been rushed to hospital after a rush hour car crash on Dundee's busiest road. The incident has left two vehicles badly damaged.
The crash took place around 5pm on Kingsway East. Police said today that enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances of the accident.
A picture taken after the crash shows one Ford vehicle with a severely damaged bonnet and front bumper, on grassland near the Dacia garage nearby.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Shortly before 5pm on Friday, December 9, 2022, we were called to a report of a two-car crash on Kingsway East, Dundee.
"Recovery has been arranged for both vehicles. One man has been taken to Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, to be checked over. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances."
