A man has been rushed to hospital following an assault outside a McDonald's restaurant in Tameside.
Police were called to Crownpoint Shopping Park, in Denton, in the early hours of this morning (Sunday, June 19). Witnesses said that McDonald's was taped off and that crime scene investigators were in attendance.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) confirmed that a man in his 20s was taken to hospital. The force did not provide any information about the nature of his injuries.

A GMP spokesman said: "There was an assault outside in the early hours of this morning. A man in his 20s was taken to hospital."
