A man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Hartcliffe this afternoon (April 19). Police were called to the suburb by the ambulance service at 3.23pm, after a man was found with a stab wound in the Randolph Avenue area.
Eyewitnesses told Bristol Live that an air ambulance also landed on the Fulford Road park. The man was taken to hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Police are currently investigating and have asked members of the public to come forward with any information. A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Constabulary said: "The ambulance service called us at 3.23pm today (Tuesday 19 April) following an assault in the Hartcliffe area of Bristol.

“A male was found in the Randolph Avenue area to have received a stab wound and was taken to hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
“Police remain in the area searching for the offender, or offenders, involved and are conducting CCTV and house-to-house enquiries. We’d ask anyone with information about what happened to call 101 and give the call-handler reference number 5222092433.”
