A woman was walking her dog late at night when a man ran out of a nearby woods towards her and exposed himself.
The man didn't say anything to her, but ran back into the woods when the woman's dog barked at him. He was holding a small folding knife at the time, Cheshire Police reported.
The incident occurred in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire as the woman walked her dog along Hillside Drive, which borders Rivacre Woods where the man is reported to have sprung from. It happened just after 10pm on Wednesday, February 9.
