The British Transport Police (BTP) have issued a photograph of a man they want to speak to after a passenger was racially abused on a train from Waterloo.
Officers are investigating a hate crime on the 8.42pm train from Waterloo to Basingstoke on Wednesday February 7.
A spokesman for the force said a man racially abused another man on the train between Waterloo and Walton on Thames.
Officers believe the man in the picture may have information which could help their investigation.
