Gardai have issued a warning after a pair of south Dublin women were suspiciously approached by a man on the same night.
During one of the incidents, a man is alleged to have performed a 'lewd act' to one of the young women after approaching her three times in Rathfarnham.
Locals around the area were alerted last night of the sickening reports which happened at the start of June.
The duo were targeted in two separate incidents while out walking after 9pm on June 1.

One of the women said she was approached three times by the "well spoken and respectively dressed man who was asking for directions".
A family member said: "On the third occasion, he was performing a lewd act on himself while talking to her.
"It was reported to Rathfarnham guards who said it was the second complaint they had received about it that night."
Gardai are now appealing for witnesses who may have been in the area at the time especially those who might know anything about a red hatchback car.
The alert read: "Message from community gardaí at Rathfarnham. We are aware of reports circulating on social media of suspicious approaches made to two women on the night of Tuesday the 1st June 2021 between 9pm and 10pm within the Rathfarnham Garda District.
"If anyone has any information in respect of a red hatchback or witnessed an incident during the time please contact Gardaí.
"If anyone has any CCTV or dashcam footage that they feel maybe of use to Gardaí please contact Rathfarnham Garda Station on 016666500."
