(Picture: Google Maps)A 53-year-old driving an e-scooter has died after he collided with a car in Brixton.
The crash happened shortly after 6pm on Saturday in Ferndale Road, near the junction with Nursery Road.
Police and ambulance crews were sent to the scene and the e-scooter rider was taken to hospital where he tragically died later that evening.
The car involved in the crash stopped at the scene. Police have confirmed no arrests have been made.
Officers are working to identify the deceased man’s next-of-kin.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the collision, and are urging any witnesses to come forward.
