A man who has gone missing from a Lanarkshire town has sparked an urgent police search.
Craig Graeme Hannah vanished from the Hairmyers area of East Kilbride around 1pm today.
The 35-year-old has not been seen or heard from since, but officers believe he may have travelled to the Larkhall, Rutherglen and Giffnock areas of Glasgow as he is known to visit there.
Craig is described as medium/stocky build, 6ft with short brown hair and brown eyes.
He was wearing a grey/khaki top and dark baggy tracksuit trousers when he disappeared.
Police Scotland are asking members of the public with any information on Craig's whereabouts to come forward as efforts to trace him continue.
A spokesperson for the force added: "Anyone who may have seen Craig or who knows of his present location is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident 1462 of 2 August 2022."
