Man reported missing from Scots town after car found badly damaged found safe and well

A frantic search has been launched for a missing man after his car was found badly damaged in a Scots town.

Sean Fallon’s vehicle was discovered on Townhead Road, near to the Drumpellier Country Park in Coatbridge at around 1.05am on Wednesday, October 26. Officers are concerned he may have been injured as a result of the accident.

Officer say that local hospitals have been checked but there is no record of Sean attending them.

He has not been in touch with his family or friends and, as concern for him grows, police are appealing for information. Sean is described as being white, around 6 ft 3 in height with short, dark hair.

His family is extremely worried about him and want to know he is safe and well.

Officers are checking for any relevant CCTV footage from the surrounding area which may provide additional information about where Sean may have gone.

He has links to Motherwell and Kilsyth, and enquiries are being carried out in those areas.

Anyone with any information or knowledge about Sean’s whereabouts is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0147 of October 26.
